- All prices reflect an average city lot - larger lots will be quoted separately.
- Although these are flat rates, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to accumulation of waste (larger than deemed normal).
- New clients will be subject to an initial cleanup fee if there is an excessive amount of waste accumulation.
- We do not clean residences with overgrown grass as it makes it very difficult to clean - droppings will be missed. We can only clean up dog poop / waste that we can see.
- We reserve the right to change pricing, cancel or refuse service at any time.
- We do not enter any home to access the yard.
- We do not climb over fences or gates to access the yard.
- Payment for Spring Clean Ups are due at time of service.

Commercial Rates
Commercial services include apartment buidlings / condominiums, dog parks, city parks, veterinary clinics, campgrounds, hotels / motels, doggie day care centers, etc. where ever there is high doggie activity. Please contact us for a free estimate as a viewing of the property / site is required. We look forward to attending to your required service.
