PAYMENTS & POLICIES
No contracts are necessary
for the Weekly or Bi-Weekly service option with Pawticular Paws. You can
start or stop your service over the phone or by email. We invoice for services provided to you monthly. This does not apply to spring clean ups as payments are due at time of service. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. The service will
not continue on over due accounts. NSF cheques will incur a $45.00 service
fee and will be added to your next invoice. All services are subject to HST.
New clients will be subject to an initial
cleanup fee if there is an excessive amount of waste accumulation. This
will be determined before the service commences. You do not have to be home
when we service your yard but the gate must be unlocked on your service
day. We can work in your yard if your pet is enjoying the outdoors, we like
the company. If your pet does not let us gain access to your yard because
he/she is being a good watch-dog and you are not home to let him/her inside,
we will not be able to complete the service. If access cannot be gained
either from the gate being locked or your pet not allowing us to complete
our work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not
be completed. We do not use any chemical cleaners or rinse/brush down any
surfaces. We do not repair damaged grass or guarantee service in overgrown
grass. For any cancellations or changes to your service, please contact us
24 hours in advance. We work in all seasons. If you suspend your service
for the winter months, there will be a one time clean up charge in the
spring when your service starts again. We will postpone our service in
heavy rainfall or snow. A credit will not be issued as we will make up our
service delay. We want you to be happy with our service so we will always
do our best to make sure that all waste is removed.
